A new technology for the microfabrication of Helmholtz

to planar microcoils. The improved spin excitation! O& D0 a! \' N- l4 w7 p: q1 W
uniformity opens the way to advanced chemical analysis0 n9 k$ I# I! ~- e* S* v9 M4 y3 C
using complex RF-pulse sequences.
