Job Responsibilities
2 J$ J9 k/ A4 R! j: W  jResponsibilities include: participating in the design of the evaluation tools; working with customers, designers, and FAEs to help customers with problems and to reproduce problems ; occasionally traveling to customer's sites to demo the evaluation tools and validate that our product works in their application; participating in customer weekly customer conference calls; writing application notes and other technical documentation; gathering competitive data and working with design engineers and marketing to analyze the results.

  
Functional/Industry Knowledge
+ ?! k- E, l! X, FRequired:
- Minimum of 4-6 years Applications Engineering experience in a product development environment  
-Work Independently with least supervision
* I8 ^( f" q% |* H/ o- Work remotely with development and Applications team
- Proven Applications Engineering skills
- Knowledge and experience in Linux OS, application or device driver development
: e$ Y* \, t6 k) e" I- Experience with TCP/IP networking, Samba, CIFS
# N, ~. n5 K: i  G3 y+ C- Customer support experience
# R! w+ Q" ~* x; I. F% W7 W- Experience with writing documents (data-sheet, application-notes, etc.)
