Requirements:
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of experience in complex IC verification and/or IC design preferred
• Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design
2 X" N" @4 W5 e• Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. VCS, HSIM, HSPICE, NANOSIM
1 R* Z- a3 W2 {9 S9 w  T3 M• Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Must be strong in Verilog coding
• Perl  and C / C++ programming skills a plus  
• Previous work experience in DRAM / Flash memory related fields a plus

: j0 S: e% N" q6 ]: Z$ r3 z- F5 @• Participate in developing digital / analog mix-signal verification methodology for advanced DRAM products (DDR II, DDR III, …)
, q( h+ d/ ?* Q' p* S' U1 b% T• Participate in design and implementation of mix-signal design verification environment
8 n$ w$ L5 ~' C• Develop test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools (i.e. Verilog, HSIM)
• Provide global support to Micron design engineers, simulate, analyze and debug current chip designs
