LVS command的問題...

不好意思..我想請問一下LVS Filter Unused Option..
" V6 v( E+ x8 A  w' ~這個在LVS command裡面..主要功用是在做什麼的阿..
- S  o$ j4 n' r3 E6 poption有分很多種..AB AC AD AE......等等..當然還有很多..
) I* C9 [% Q1 E& N# A$ j這些option目的是再把一些不必要考慮的MOS相關問題拿掉嗎..?
還是怎麼樣阿..?不知道有沒有人研究過這些..來著經驗分享阿..謝謝.. ..

常用的選項大概如下 :
5 {9 D! K. b" a$ t7 |AB -- Filters MOS devices with source, drain, and gate pins tied together.
/ G# p  g! M; A7 ]RB -- Filters resistors with POS or NEG pin floating.
RC -- Filters resistors with POS and NEG pins tied together
RE -- Filters capacitors with POS and NEG pins tied together.
! ?: @# I0 f( JRG -- Filters diodes with POS and NEG pins tied together.
