TSMC 0.35um的電晶體模型如何取得?

* D3 X; g" D/ j) _  E. B0 @: m取得之後如何使用~~因為學校是使用SUN系統~~

$ C9 w  t- |( h$ ]( T1 J0 V- N4 i而家裡用PC版(2007)的~~不知路徑如何設定~~直接放在.SP同個路徑嗎??

我有找到mm0355v.l的檔案~~副檔名就是l~~不知是不是??謝謝~~

不知道樓主所說的是使用hspice還是其他軟體？
就hspice而言，pc版的只要將製程檔和.sp檔放在同個資料夾裡，
) F$ W6 P  d3 N% f$ u+ W, M: [然後，.sp裡面記得加上.lib 'mm0355v.l' tt(或其他coner)，模擬的時候，自然就會抓到製程的model

可是還是不行~~在學校SUN系統時有COPY  mm355v.l 到.sp目錄下
pc版有內建嗎?
