WiFi spec或draft怎麼查詢(#<number>)

各位大大，

如果你有在看draft的話應該會發現很多地方著名出處會用(#<number>)，如下:

7 s5 A2 z, S* }但proposal到處都查不到，標示也跟framework不一樣。請問有誰知道呢?謝謝
