WiFi spec或draft怎麼查詢(#<number>)

如果你有在看draft的話應該會發現很多地方著名出處會用(#<number>)，如下:
9.6.13.2 TDLS Setup Request Action field format

在Content裡有提到:

( e' v8 j# V! o4 Q( |0 z但proposal到處都查不到，標示也跟framework不一樣。請問有誰知道呢?謝謝
