Add a current pulse to your crystal model paralleled with the inductor to help start up. eg: I0 (ind+ ind-) isource type=sine ampl=200u sinephase=0 freq=10M damp=1e7% P7 o0 m" H( \' h2 ~% y
To check the open gain and phase use stb simulation in spectre(recommended). Or break the loop and run a ac simulation

The value is 1/100 Ts .pls see Hspice manual/ J' I2 q( @* ?& d' s. n Z
AC: it is same as open loop gain ac simulation,the step is smaller,for example: from 9Meg to 11Meg
