The OPM provides the primary operations interface between the ODM factories, development engineering, Marketing/Sales, and our Product Line Team (PLT) for new and existing products.

6 m) O# n; m# E' ~7 ]4 f6 X- Operations Owner/Leader of their product(s) – Prototype through End of Life
: h8 u# {. ]) y: E2 a2 C: N' M- Ensure all Operations Groups are fully engaged with new products. This includes manufacturing engineering, manufacturing test, factory management, logistics, materials, packaging, quality, finance and senior management
! N1 T) Q- ~5 K! d6 n; X: b1 Y- Attend and Drive ECO meeting for their products
' ^8 k9 R6 Y4 l/ T5 C( ~- Single Operations point of contact for Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing Partners (ODM/JDM) and Sales
- Provide communications; Customer Meetings, deep Dives, QBRs, and Launch planning with Customers
! P6 |7 d1 q0 ^5 L' k: l- Monitor & Track KEY Program Metrics: Product cost, Yields –MFG Process, Field Performance, and Forecasts vs Actuals
% t  ~6 ]9 s% R* D0 F- Operations Team meetings for New Products in Development: Host, Document, and assign action items
) S! d$ O* M' D$ t( a% X1 o- Form Problem Action Teams as required to resolve specific issue
- Generate and maintain operations planning documents for new programs
-Work with Early Material Deployment (EMD) team during proto phase of products to ensure availability of critical pre-production units
- Generate & implement product launch & transition plans
  t0 T1 i+ c, Z. Z& tRequirements/Qualifications (Education)
- Bachelor’s degree w/5 or more years work experience
3 y! L9 g1 t! u( D% P. v2 u1 k- 5 or more years experience in NPI and/or production Project/Program Management. Proven ability to launch complex products in an outsourced environment  
- 3-5 years work experience in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Test, Materials, Factory Management
