Job Description
- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process
& S9 g- R6 @# j2 k: {0 mstandardization and improve site capabilities and capacities

1 O0 \; u; [/ W2 X0 `- Manage New Product Introduction to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for
1 P5 u* `3 ^  c7 ?$ ^mass production

- M: _# Z  r/ J4 t$ }0 V$ t5 Y- Support production in wafer sort and package test, test yield monitoring, customer return
1 t- p  k# X( Q  n0 l6 Oanalysis and quality conformance

- Assist other team members to resolve technical issues and perform site to site correlation

Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
5 s/ A; l% ^( i0 A" W9 {- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

% o6 o7 f+ U: f- 6+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and
socket, load-board, probe card knowledge

- Familiar with Verigy 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platform and programming skill

5 {0 e  u) ?/ X  C- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl

- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Project management skill is a plus

2 B- `) Z" n$ b8 n- Aggressive attitude and excellent communications skills in both Chinese and English
