器件建模

大家好，
    最近一直在苦寻关于器件建模的知识，从网上找到得答案是方法有两种：1、将器件（半导体）的特征方程求出来（多半是拟合方法或数值解析），然后通过复杂的数学运算提取到器件的更重参数，以此来作为电路仿真需要修改的仿真参数.2、子电路建模的方法，一般是利用芯片的datasheet，然后列出网表进行仿真。注：此方法没看懂

what kind of model do you want? For sensor, if it's only behavior model, you can just use Matlab (Simulink) to do that. In electronic world, there are only four elements: resistor, capacitor, inductor (hopefully in future there would be negative resistor). Four control sources: CCVS( current control voltage source), VCCS,　VCVS, CCCC. Most models can be built based on these eight things. Thus if you know some of the datasheet, you can try if there's a proximity to these things.
