constant gm & constant current bias circuit

想請問各位先進們
偏壓電路的設計 該看哪些書或是哪幾篇paper呀?!
! w5 Z# h7 a' V$ Hconstant gm bias circuit的設計在書上常見到
但constant current的就找不到了

此外，請問在設計偏壓電路時，應該掌握哪些要領才能抵抗PVT的飄移呀

裡面就有詳述constant gm circuit以及bandgap reference circuit設計要項

至於constant current,因為電路會因為製程變異(process corner),工作電壓和溫度這三項變異因素
