The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value
, a; Q E% G d0 i9 R) m, O2 Swhen I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK
% S/ G. g0 E' }0 Y" C+ v! k: v8 w: V* v q
I use tsmc13rf PDK.
) \) z. ^$ }# V; ^; l& J3 vWhen I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:
# ]2 I) A* `* q1 r, ARR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=12 D% f2 t4 p& U' P" B: d k
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.! I* _) G) _1 p* S- @( W
Why on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?3 F% Y2 A$ p: e* Q/ v+ M
We want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification. 3 K) t2 _6 v+ A4 _" @( \
I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.
/ e+ a3 I+ r( k: b: Q' ]& tI still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.
. n: Z" \) }- k: \* w' qAnyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
