hspice出現記憶體不足

最近在跑post-sim抽r+c+cc
結果出現了下面的error

/ ^# ^* Y% n( I" e4 m不過有試過很多台電腦，包括四核心4G記憶體的電腦還是一樣的error

或是縮短tran的時間，原本跑1024週期降到32週期依舊不能跑
