請問有人有用過Hspicerf 來模擬Ring oscillator的phase noise嗎

還有想順便請問一下  我該如何降低Ring oscillator的phase noise

HspiceRF proivdes harmonic balance based oscillator analysis (.HBOSC), phase noise analysis (.PHASENOISE), harmonic balance based large-signal periodic AC analysis (.HBAC) and noise analysis (.HBNOISE).
For an oscillator, use .HBOSC and .PHASENOISE not .HB and .HBNOISE.
