microcoils with integrated SU-8 channels for NMR

0 R. D6 G& \" k" D# B- LThese Helmholtz microcoils demonstrate superior NMR
/ o8 ]4 [7 p) C6 [8 g2 nperformance regarding spin excitation uniformity compared
( D0 w; P, `' }6 P9 lto planar microcoils. The improved spin excitation
+ p& e0 F$ S2 Buniformity opens the way to advanced chemical analysis
3 R& |' ?- U# r6 t# D$ w9 M0 {using complex RF-pulse sequences.
. C$ [# F/ J8 G' o m4 C- B2 @5 RThe fabricated Helmholtz coils have Q-factor greater than7 M9 y5 z1 W* M i V9 o; F' O' d8 @
20 due to electroplated coil turns and vias, which connect the
