hspice出現記憶體不足

最近在跑post-sim抽r+c+cc
  F2 f9 S. K2 n9 y/ E$ w結果出現了下面的error

不過有試過很多台電腦，包括四核心4G記憶體的電腦還是一樣的error

- p7 d' @( a0 i' ?; a/ y或是縮短tran的時間，原本跑1024週期降到32週期依舊不能跑

想請問是否有遇到相同問題的朋友

将你的.sp文件单独写，只包括激励，其中不要包含netlist试试看，我曾经遇到过一次，这样解决了。
