如何模擬MOS的電容

請教諸位，在cadence下如何模擬mos管的寄生電容隨Vgs變化而變化的情況？具體情況如附件所示。

It is easy, make sure your mos was connected like an capacitor.
/ s# K1 f* H# SUsing calculator-> op to mos, choose the cgs, then get express to your output.
- T: D" K7 s2 h# }8 B4 J" a4 @Then, use the parametric analysis to sweep Vg.
You will see that !!!!
