The fabricated Helmholtz coils have Q-factor greater than
: j- \8 d1 a' H& c20 due to electroplated coil turns and vias, which connect the1 p$ ^9 ^0 X4 M0 w9 U5 i
upper and lower turns. The laminated SU-8 microchannel

functions. Analyzing living cells, mechanical filters can be
