$ k) U. ~- T, _( t: [# D: |: c看人吧，一樣的博士有些人成為了CEO，有些人還在學校�混職稱，個人感覺讀個國外的博士還是物有所值，否則還是還是好好找個有前途的工作吧

國內的碩士、博士大多只是一張文憑。很多碩士、博士生的導師也只是掛牌子的，並沒有什麼真才實學，我在工作中就接解到這些人。所以有實踐經驗的再加上注重自身堤高的人才，才是人才。一個組織它腐敗了還有什麼選進性，它的名聲很大，但要看它的真正內涵。

4 F& w( E' S0 C8 h5 G從大多數情況，你就是做過RFIC的博士後，如果沒有實際流過片，沒有測試分析過你的晶片，只是停留在跑跑仿真，寫幾篇paper，那麼你就什麼都不是。

國內的RFIC博士估計有type out經驗的沒有幾個，這樣的博士學校�頭繼續騙下一代人還行，做實際東西還真是不行
