Add a current pulse to your crystal model paralleled with the inductor to help start up. eg: I0 (ind+ ind-) isource type=sine ampl=200u sinephase=0 freq=10M damp=1e7 3 a7 y7 R! r8 i7 }& z" oTo check the open gain and phase use stb simulation in spectre(recommended). Or break the loop and run a ac simulation
