The OPM provides the primary operations interface between the ODM factories, development engineering, Marketing/Sales, and our Product Line Team (PLT) for new and existing products.
/ f0 w3 f. B$ d$ r# Z3 e9 \Responsibilities include:
- Operations Owner/Leader of their product(s) – Prototype through End of Life
- Ensure all Operations Groups are fully engaged with new products. This includes manufacturing engineering, manufacturing test, factory management, logistics, materials, packaging, quality, finance and senior management
+ g# t; A( {+ O2 ^- t  y$ E2 a- Attend and Drive ECO meeting for their products
1 I$ Y& h- I' s* o1 z9 j- Single Operations point of contact for Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing Partners (ODM/JDM) and Sales
+ p$ Z+ _  U+ R& Z1 u- Provide communications; Customer Meetings, deep Dives, QBRs, and Launch planning with Customers
/ E- m& |3 S3 `; s1 x- l3 m5 m- Monitor & Track KEY Program Metrics: Product cost, Yields –MFG Process, Field Performance, and Forecasts vs Actuals
( s% R5 ^. R' L) a% i  b% I; ?- Operations Team meetings for New Products in Development: Host, Document, and assign action items
- Form Problem Action Teams as required to resolve specific issue
: Q7 l' q( h* d- P2 m' P- Generate and maintain operations planning documents for new programs
-Work with Early Material Deployment (EMD) team during proto phase of products to ensure availability of critical pre-production units

Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
2 `- k# E% }! L. B7 r- Bachelor’s degree w/5 or more years work experience
- 5 or more years experience in NPI and/or production Project/Program Management. Proven ability to launch complex products in an outsourced environment  
- 3-5 years work experience in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Test, Materials, Factory Management
