- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process5 u7 r( d* p- D- ]5 r0 `# l
standardization and improve site capabilities and capacities6 o4 V. B4 D$ J( F5 b# z6 q# W
- Manage New Product Introduction to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for& ]7 t9 l3 N" }- F1 ^. j( _
mass production# h; ^) W% L: x$ \: c& x
- Support production in wafer sort and package test, test yield monitoring, customer return1 ?3 g7 v3 ~2 z8 d" z3 e3 ?& @; t
analysis and quality conformance# ?% M. e. o; }8 s$ ~, Y7 k3 J
- Assist other team members to resolve technical issues and perform site to site correlation
. Y6 q) l4 `& M* }) v. D+ \( fRequirements/Qualifications (Education)* {" t' s( _$ p" E
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science5 n5 O$ Q, y/ n K( ]
- 6+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and6 b: A5 N9 W* G8 k6 m: f( O' Y, F
socket, load-board, probe card knowledge
& _6 A+ {# ~# b- J% B' ` f7 v9 c' A- Familiar with Verigy 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platform and programming skill
( G- L; G" a) J6 b- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl j& w1 E$ w' o# {7 u& Y) \
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Project management skill is a plus
' b' t* x+ ^ t- Aggressive attitude and excellent communications skills in both Chinese and English |
