hspice出現記憶體不足

最近在跑post-sim抽r+c+cc
結果出現了下面的error

不過有試過很多台電腦，包括四核心4G記憶體的電腦還是一樣的error

7 \6 H9 P7 }. A& o4 K1 o或是縮短tran的時間，原本跑1024週期降到32週期依舊不能跑

不包括netlist的話那電路檔怎麼include進去?

将你的.sp文件单独写，只包括激励，其中不要包含netlist试试看，我曾经遇到过一次，这样解决了。
