The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value 0 P! i2 G/ P g5 p6 I/ Q
when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK
3 M. m( W6 B0 _5 K7 M! [ D, K' [
I use tsmc13rf PDK.
) @( k7 S$ ]) t4 JWhen I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:1 w) b' u6 k, g9 A8 ?4 p( Q
RR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1
. v1 [" G" v" b0 G0 i4 C. _, ^) I' KBut the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.# Z6 Z4 h9 }/ V8 q6 T0 J# v
Why on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
7 G- @5 k! A) NWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification.
! r+ }. }8 b/ i+ GI can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.3 T0 u0 m! O5 B$ Y1 I! k, _5 h
I still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.2 c7 N; u B6 J
Anyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
