The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value
5 n6 T) ^/ W0 H7 Z1 ]when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK , V0 O! f3 M* M- i# h* b) y
; J& `) A7 {4 V& c# L( VI use tsmc13rf PDK.
( [8 N, {: C, L. o0 }When I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:
" W" c: m+ C2 X( |5 J0 nRR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1! W3 s& k; g# L0 [6 E
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.
6 H+ [, d7 K# o* L3 D7 hWhy on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?4 K- e5 B1 V5 q7 X. S$ f! d
We want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification.
8 J4 m( a9 _" r$ U0 pI can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.
; t( F/ H0 h* oI still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.
, q K* L% t5 _# k2 JAnyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
