IC Design Verification Engineer
Requirements:
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of experience in complex IC verification and/or IC design preferred
• Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design
• Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. VCS, HSIM, HSPICE, NANOSIM
% ]; r1 q- P: k6 g# W• Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Must be strong in Verilog coding
  i9 H4 S( u1 u8 U) u0 k- X' m1 o• Perl  and C / C++ programming skills a plus  
• Previous work experience in DRAM / Flash memory related fields a plus

• Participate in developing digital / analog mix-signal verification methodology for advanced DRAM products (DDR II, DDR III, …)
• Participate in design and implementation of mix-signal design verification environment
/ I! \# u3 g2 o( X• Develop test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools (i.e. Verilog, HSIM)
! b  R' X$ R2 O- a0 m7 C& O3 S# f• Provide global support to Micron design engineers, simulate, analyze and debug current chip designs
