The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value ) O) \7 L& y# z& x4 w v0 x
when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK / C; S5 E& h h7 Y- p8 L
0 F" j! x7 B* bI use tsmc13rf PDK.
) U/ r; }+ F5 S# KWhen I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:
9 |! _! l) S% p0 [8 G$ v0 gRR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1
8 c9 s: @/ T# lBut the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.
+ J6 D# P5 o, P3 l: cWhy on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
/ G& Q0 t, F# P+ _9 YWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification. + H, o: B1 O8 U# u- N+ g: R: }
I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.* n1 c$ F, ?, k5 \# G
I still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.
; {) v3 g* d8 F2 _. x7 j0 BAnyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
