Add a current pulse to your crystal model paralleled with the inductor to help start up. eg: I0 (ind+ ind-) isource type=sine ampl=200u sinephase=0 freq=10M damp=1e7/ C1 t2 l& U6 i4 V9 E0 S
To check the open gain and phase use stb simulation in spectre(recommended). Or break the loop and run a ac simulation

AC: it is same as open loop gain ac simulation,the step is smaller,for example: from 9Meg to 11Meg
