Job Description
- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process
; h: T9 g8 T6 n# m# f* Bstandardization and improve site capabilities and capacities

) d" m( u$ w+ y& O) D- Manage New Product Introduction to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for
mass production

2 `2 X2 E% ]8 A2 O# y- Support production in wafer sort and package test, test yield monitoring, customer return
% _6 ^# d( @  \; @1 `% Z) Fanalysis and quality conformance

" S# p) b+ H+ E9 D1 x5 P/ \$ ?- Assist other team members to resolve technical issues and perform site to site correlation

Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

- 6+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and
socket, load-board, probe card knowledge

& C" f8 h* h' k$ u8 H  j' N- Familiar with Verigy 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platform and programming skill

- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl

- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Project management skill is a plus
