The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value
( d3 {! N7 n8 ?. u, r+ C, }6 a( ]+ L" ^when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK ; `* A8 D% T4 I" G# h
9 P3 X; N* D6 p1 S" G; L* XI use tsmc13rf PDK.
" _) m$ @0 W1 Y* c- Z+ tWhen I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:
2 }2 _1 ?) _1 N9 ARR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1& f F* d B( D
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.2 U% S5 G& K$ F, y& [0 `
Why on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
$ f! c; m: l' `+ G% }4 xWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification. 5 R% G, ]* P( M6 a1 T& \: }
I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.; C! M0 O( S& S& e3 D
I still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.7 D" S' h/ I; n* C
Anyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
