The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value 2 Y7 W! o: i1 i9 }
when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK
% s) r, y4 m4 n' u* V- C+ O
' v* \; e. s% rI use tsmc13rf PDK.9 w( m0 Q' d: Q! Z7 ^! Q
When I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:' V. o& X/ j9 g
RR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1( t1 H% W c# |/ {1 e2 d2 a: A
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.: X: U; X- h. c2 A% a! [* s
Why on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
V+ r& j- I' @' |8 nWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification. M! H9 h3 T7 }2 I
I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.% H" y! A) D3 g
I still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.
: k1 e* t+ e, eAnyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
