Responsibilities: ! ^4 J, W5 S5 q( M( s& Z5 i
1. Research and develop still/motion image processing algorithms relating to auto exposure control, bad pixel correction, color interpolation, white balance, noise reduction, image enhancement, and/or pattern recognition
- g2 R4 X, t' d: t2. Perform system modeling of camera pipeline components, including imagers and digital image processing modules. 1 r, Q3 L/ Z. F4 q
3. Perform signal analysis to evaluate quality of image processing algorithms and systems. Perform analysis and characterization of imaging sensors. 0 @% l: L6 D9 [1 x1 R0 m5 F" G
4. Algorithm optimization in Mathematics or Hardware.
- z2 M! \, b7 Y; w( }5. Work with hardware engineers to conduct hardware implementation solutions to embed the algorithms into chips;Help hardware engineers to check bugs and verify the implementation.

Requirements:

6 ?/ z4 J* r0 e5 H( o4 O4 v K! r8 H2. Experience in image processing algorithms with background in advanced filtering, color reproduction, automated threshold selection, pattern recognition, statistical analysis, etc. " h c- F; Y7 t' A- o
3. Proficiency in C, C++ and / or Matlab coding to design and run simulations for complex image pipeline
8 |$ s/ D t# \9 ^% p& d4. Background in image processing in related industries, such as digital still camera or surveillance camera is a plus ! i+ t0 @$ E. g9 a3 b* ?
5. Knowledge of hardware realization of the algorithms is a big plus ( {3 V# S% m7 e+ m) v% ~9 @
6. Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
