thanks for your help,but for common gate mos,it works as res scalar,the ri equal 1/gm + rout/gmro,not (1/gm)/gmro,is that right?

you means that M3 act as diode,so drain res is1/gm,to the source the res equal (1/gm/gm*ro),is that right?
