I  find that perhaps it's effect is like open loop
modulation. I mean that the average vco input voltage is fixed by another negative feed back loop
but add some small ac voltage into the vco input node to get like Frequency modulation
(spread spectrum effect) the above is my concept
just provide you to think about it

每个频率都有一个控制电压。
5 d+ I5 V  S( A8 Y. N' x% I. I先调控制电压到对应值，可使锁定时间减少。
