技術行銷工程師 有哪些可以討論增加大家能力的議題呢?

研發工程師的專注與執著,是讓產品順利開發完成的關鍵。不過,光有卓越領先的技術與精益求精態度,並不足以讓產品在市場的激烈競爭之下發光發亮。面對企業對於跨領域人才的需求與日遽增,工程師除了本身的專業之外,對於企畫與行銷方面的知識,更有學習進修的必要?5 t; B" ?- d/ Q/ B& Z! t( O- Q

簡單來說,產品的企畫與行銷是進攻市場的兩大利器;產品企劃是產品攻城掠地的源頭,企劃品質好壞決定了80%未來產品上市後的成敗命運,事實上也大幅影響了產品開發流程的執行力;因為科技產品研發經常所費不貲,一旦決定投入開發,必然牽動公司資源安排與人力調派,大量成本亦隨之產生,若不能開發成功且順利上市並暢銷,將使企業因此受傷慘重。所以如何在產品企劃階段做好所需相關的資訊收集、分析、評估,並做正確判讀以及策略研擬等,並製作成內容精闢、可讀性高的產品企劃案,提供決策主管做出正確判斷,可以說是產品能否開發成功並上市暢銷的關鍵,也是企業成功的先決條件。 ) h( C- T3 O" y% D" ~
