成功的產品經理?大PM?小PM?

1.產品開發閉門造車,只關注技術,不關注客戶,研發從早忙到晚,產品開發的不少,但賺錢的產品屈指可數?

  `1 v/ k# L/ O1 z) n2. 產品開發出來才找客戶、找賣點,銷售人員報怨我們的產品從娘胎中出來就躺在擔架上,產品沒有優勢,也不知道競爭對手產品的弱點,但我們產品的弱點往往被對手抓住?3 v+ L3 G( G$ _/ q/ L4 w/ w
" V- @5 c; W- O8 T. `
3. 幾乎沒有產品路標的規劃,有規劃也主要是技術驅動,客戶需求到不了規劃人員手中, 公司神經末梢與大腦失去聯繫?

4. 瞭解市場的不懂技術,懂技術的不瞭解市場,不知道需求應該誰負責,缺少完備的需求收集、匯總、分析機制?

我覺得PM是個全方面的工作
. ^$ g  F3 I8 j2 T. h他要了解市場脈動 明白客戶需求 規劃有競爭力的產品 管控成本 協調開發資源 精準掌握開發時程  協調部門解決開發及量產的問題 等等6 x( F9 _9 a6 j
所以最好是有工科背景 外文又好 還要有行銷的能力

目前的工作正好是PM,但確做的很無力

1 h0 h/ J+ W3 r6 b7 s: x2.行銷的市場分析能力7 P0 [/ ~; [# c3 N' D
3.業務的溝通能力4 U& C- N# }6 n6 |+ C
4.採購的談判能力
9 l* K% B/ m* r) F5 m9 d, J5.總經理的魄力
  b  N6 _1 a/ I7 l6.還有...接受隨時被批評的能力6 M7 r  J# p  y2 A0 Q2 P( i9 k+ I
