8 `5 M# k1 r" @! pDrive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region: 8 q* C. j: t! h$ l# l' D- |
1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory; - v1 d3 C: |& @
2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; 8 _2 O6 B7 }( x) ^
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;) n- C2 f4 [' u% ] t: ^
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; 6 X h$ a) m* k
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;: d) I+ Y; f; _5 ]* v
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce; , a4 a A& R9 V
7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication; * i5 t7 R/ t) ~5 h4 r! t8 D# Y4 p
8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****;
# t, x _, ~' x6 }) [0 g% V7 B9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
0 U1 R4 [8 z' x4 s7 W10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.

Requirements:
: }4 @8 \4 {* }# z+ r! X1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage;
, q: b2 e: E. O$ e1 X8 b2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
- @' }6 V/ A8 N' T; C3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven; # ^4 \& \: z: t! ~. o0 E
4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; + @2 `( l2 j2 x4 \, ]' q
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
% d# |6 e& y. [. Z1 Y; Z; Y6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding; 0 T0 g0 N" ?# U' y% p9 e
