Responsibilities: 4 a+ r8 Y" T3 m x8 j1 f: h2 N
Drive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
% p! H, V8 \+ f+ v( t1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory;
* Y1 [& I* }, y& [, N7 F& W2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; 9 j9 |" Y- Y+ B9 J; r& i; L% i
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;" F4 l2 H: U& N$ {% |& x% J
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; 9 J6 @. z, S& o3 J3 I f
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;4 Z2 a b& \! z# p- q/ y
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce;
1 Q3 O+ i* J/ P0 W ~5 ~4 c, Z$ v7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication;
3 l/ I( i+ |. o8 \1 d# S* t1 d" ^& F% Z" @8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; ' j# f: r6 R8 r( q; Z% o
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region; - U6 X5 I, U- b8 `
10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.* V; O- j4 G, k, D! C0 c, j, u

Requirements:
1 j; Y. |5 @5 c; p2 @4 f& a+ r1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage;
4 R4 R% i; @$ w2 |6 N4 I# c9 }2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;+ V+ ^7 r" r) [/ @! I# L# ^
3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven;
4 \+ c& e2 I0 @4 h' v4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units;
2 A3 ?& C" c# [- G5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
* y$ _( Q2 ?7 T/ V# t, u8 e6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding;
