各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
3 [+ r$ K9 B* c1 _7 f+ c' z1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
, I( i. N7 P5 c; c' f$ V) n2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
* @4 e' m( R" Z& G" _3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
