各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
