If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between/ x9 m$ x0 n( G* |( h) [" [9 Z
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre' { t! {. b ?- P* `% w( ^% ?
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.2 d8 M! Q- F: h4 v+ r
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
( A7 i8 D) b% F5 c9 OYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
1 b5 b' r5 T: q. L1. Open the viewer.# u& J8 A8 U d/ N) A' }9 |
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
5 P: \ R1 z; L7 `, y3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
