offset voltage is presented on the basis of the analysis and summary of traditional folded-cascoded circuits .The design is; O2 n- _' U9 ~9 C" J
implemented in a standard 0.35μmCMOSmixed-signal process and simulatedwithHspice .The simulated results of the) o" L `8 J) x# w! k
operational amplifier provide the DCopen loop gain with 95 dBand input offset voltagewith 0.023 mV,otherwisewith a/ P- w& z$ @" F( j. \2 [+ k
2 pF load capacity the phasemargin is 45.5°
