無論是西方大型企業，還是國內的中小型企業，無一例外都在強調團隊意識。但是，能否真正建立起團隊精神，卻是困惑許多管理者的問題。如何構建一隻無敵的團隊，其實只要五個步驟就可以完成！

也許很多管理者嘗試把衆多的員工塑造成一個團隊。但這種嘗試無疑都會以失敗收場，在目前的經濟條件下，不可能建立一個擁有衆多員工的高效團隊。而團隊的合適成員應在30人以下，以專案或者階段任務來構建團隊是最有效的方法。

真正要叫團隊的至少要有8~10人的編組 尤其在soc的設計上 數量更是大到3倍以上
