Job Responsiblities- Provide day-to-day technical support for Dell Technical and Sales staff. Also provide support and assistance to their resellers when necessary.

Be able to visit an xx Office at least once per quarter, and also attend specific xx training, meetings or events as needed.

8 I9 P: P5 |) a4 QEnsure product and solution knowledge pertinent to xx sourced products and associated solutions is kept up to date. Attend appropriate Web casts, Training classes and actively work with the Dell AP BDM to maintain knowledge levels.
