Job Description: As a CPE DSP Engineer you will contribute to DSP Speech algorithms design, coding and optimization of XX VoIP semi-conductor products. You will be primarily responsible for mastering and optimizing the design and implementation of Speech Processing on in-house DSP. Your position will require a deep understanding of Speech Signal Processing for narrow and wide band technology, and of VoIP signal processing QA components as Echo Cancelation/Noise Reduction. It will require as well a significant knowledge of voice network signaling. As a successful candidate, you would have a relevant knowledge of signal processing theory and a solid experience in simulating, coding and probing DSP algorithm. You will demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and also the ability to debug real-time DSP firmware using the ICE tool. Your ability to support DSP issues in the field will enable successful support of CPE customers. You must have good communication skills, be an open and positive team player and work well in an international environment contributing to multiple projects with challenging deadlines.
