IBIS error from IBIS check

板上的大大們好:小弟最近run IBIS時有碰到一些問題,錯誤的訊息是
ERROR - Model [Name]: The [Falling Waveform]
      with [R_fixture]=60 Ohms and [V_fixture_min]=3V
2 W0 `2 \1 H3 B4 B2 T' g9 {5 O      has MIN column DC endpoints of  2.23V and  3.00v, but
      an equivalent load applied to the model's I-V tables yields
      different voltages ( 2.10V and  3.00V),
& e# {- x: W3 M$ B2 |7 Q      a difference of  6.44% and  0.00%, respectively
. R6 `) I6 T4 N, q4 W" P+ B在run ddr的時候出現mismatch的情形,只知道說好像是V-T轉I-V時的電壓不同,看不懂這個問題要如何解決,請版上的大大們幫我解答一下,謝謝!

是用 xxxxxxx.s2i 轉的嗎? 如果是的話 [sim time] 這行數值設大一點
設太短還沒跑到 I-V 的電壓值
