About integrator in Ripple Mode

有做過ripple mode么？

大廠例如Maxim爲了修正output accuracy加入integrator，
請問各位這個integrator該如何理解啊？

Integrator means that this is a high gain system instead of a low gain system.
Maxim have many dcdc converters without any type compensation except output cap, which is called load line . The way of compensation is output pole dominate a low gain system.

Integrator is a high gain system with type II compensation ,which make output voltage accuracy better.

Ripple mode是指 使用 voltage ripple 或 current ripple產生  系統gate drive信號的模式。舉例:電壓遲滯控制、電流遲滯控制。

積分器在此有兩個作用:1.提高系統的loop gain的dc 增益以減少steady state error。2.積分器也是一種low pass filter，所以也可以濾一些輸出電壓的高頻雜訊。 (PS積分器加上去後還要考慮系統補償問題)
