' Q! e6 q7 I. A+ I) L/ f5 C2 S6 n1. Coordination among Device, Integration, and Module in R&D.
2. Responsible for projects of advanced device techonolgy development, device target setting, scheme definition, simulation, and characterization  
3. Planning and setting priority for execution on customer request and delivery schedule.

4 L) c% D, c3 d: S0 U5 s0 C1 mRequirements：

; v" y6 J, p% \- e' h4 u* \) f2 M4 A1. Minimum Ph.D degree
2. Minimum 10 years of experiences in semiconductor industry with focus on advanced CMOS technologies.
3. Experience on device design and  circuit-co-design interaction highly desirable.
. }) C3 U6 \1 I  b2 C" X3. Fluent in English.
: H* f* h9 k  q, \( t# J4. Work location in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
