Main Responsibility:
: ~( _! ]4 U) W! b" r( b# U1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer
' w. K, ]  d1 ~) A' V! J3 Y) i2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou
3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore
3 x5 i8 V$ u9 y  Q+ f4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center
( s% y- b% _3 S1 T3 ?5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines
% N) G/ V) Q) t9 v6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process
. W' ~6 L0 S: x! j4 L$ f& m* @, l7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations
7 U$ }* g, R! x  b: W8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services

/ \5 E" Y5 r+ QSpecial Requirements:
" f5 s8 ]( g% ]$ ^% T1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters).
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language.
3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset.
