" |5 V3 v; g7 X面對全球景氣不佳和激烈的創新競爭，台灣經濟成長與產業發展勢必脫離保守代工生產的製造模式，積極尋找與投入全新的成長動力元素。配合行政院「黃金十年 國家願景」國家型計畫，活力經濟正是國家願景中的第一站，更揭開黃金十年最重要的序幕，透過「創新」、「開放」、「調結構」三項關鍵驅動力，帶領國內企業穩扎穩打的朝向產業創新、邁向國際化及多元化產業結構之目標邁進。

台灣是ICT領域的強國，而車載資通訊是台灣切入全球智慧車輛供應鏈的最佳策略灘頭堡。為積極將台灣的產業能量與世界接軌，以激盪出更多創新的車載資通訊應用服務，由資策會(III)與台灣車載資通訊產業協會(TTIA)共同主辦的「Telematics Taiwan 2012」國際高峰論壇，將首次串連國際間重量級Telematics領域之產業公協會、車廠、業者，針對如何開創車載資通訊接下來黃金十年的3大驅動關鍵-「創新趨勢」、「開放標準」、「雲端化架構」之議題，邀請到來自歐洲與日本的專家與企業精英代表，與國內業者進行一場精采絕倫的經驗分享與產業交流，以共創車載資通訊產業發展，再造黃金十年榮景。
