Drive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
0 S: x0 m1 o! ^0 O1 ^" l2 u& {1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory; 3 {4 P# C4 N; j7 X% D, [
2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; , N% u2 P9 g+ Q! [
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;
, [6 L! p' X# ~! H: j* n6 H4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; ; d( U4 ?* G( b @! z7 Z
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;9 L3 c2 V- D* q0 r2 V: ^* g5 @" G
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce;
2 ]3 r/ |8 w: F0 k7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication;

9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
8 c: O8 {" A4 r8 y5 g" y10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.

Requirements: + Z! k; w$ W# m7 T4 i# L* J
1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage; . l5 x3 H& J9 x7 l& M" p. p( ^9 v
2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;; U) F/ n$ k8 S( l
3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven; 0 ^1 i+ c& t: e' M7 e! R; {
4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; ) t! o, Q3 x9 h: L
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
; [, C7 h& u3 h6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding;
