隨著世界各國對節能減碳的要求日益提升,對電源管理IC的效能需求也與日俱增。新一代電子設備的電源電路設計必須兼具低耗損、低噪音、小體積、可程式化、高穩定度與低價格等特點,而這些設計上要求已成為新一代電源設計的挑戰。隨著電源利用的效率日益提高,電源設計也必須與微電子IC的技術整合。而功率電子元件屬於最基本的組成單元,其設計已成為一個需要特定專業知識與應用的重要產業。 | |
有鑑於此自強基金會特別邀請英國劍橋大學 Prof. Florin Udrea,以深入淺出的方式來闡述功率電子元件以及高功率 IC 設計的相關觀念。Prof. Udrea 是劍橋大學電機系資深的教授,著作等身,有豐富的教學與研究經驗,並長年擔任國際大廠的顧問工作,此次將以清晰易懂的方式解釋複雜的功率半導體技術,包括 Super-Junction、3D Resurf、BCD 以及 SOI 等。使參與人員,透過本研討會,能對先進功率元件技術獲得通盤的瞭解,同時針對功率元件、功率積體電路等先進設計技術、測試方法與應用等專業議題提供最新且廣泛的資訊。 |
